• Can I provisionally book a place?

  You must provide payment/ payment details on booking

• Can I receive a discount if I book 3 places?

  No but we do offer tailored closed courses for a reduced price for a minimum of 10 people at your organisation

• Can I attend the community of interest course if I have not attended the Foundation course?

  Yes, but if you are looking to become a CSO you must attend the foundation course

• Do I need to complete the eLearning before I attend the foundation course?

  Yes the eLearning is a pre-requisite of the foundation course
